Bad Brains’ debut is a masterwork of punk rock hardcore ferocity and reggae fusion built into protest music. Absolutely brilliant album.
2000’s US reissue from ROIR aka Reachout International Records and it sounds pretty great. I picked this up in Washington DC back in 2017 at the fantastic Joint Custody and I swear it must have been within months of the band reissuing this under their own label… go figure.
