This album was put together at a time when both HR and Earl were out of the band, so they brought in Mackie Jayson on drums and vocalist Israel Joseph-I, both of whom are solid replacements, honestly. My biggest issue with the album is that it feels very much like Bad Brains, but with all the jagged edges smoothed over. Definitely a major label push for this one. Good album.
