This is yet another Can bootleg that I came across recently, and when the price is right, it’s rather difficult to pass them by. This particular 2xLP set features a full live set of Can in the early Damo Suzuki era circa 1970, produced for German television. I’ve watched this concert which is fantastic and somehow the vinyl sounds a lot better that I expected, dare I say great! The band is firing on all cylinders here and it’s a little funny, but I sense they are still finding their way live with Suzuki now onboard, yet that’s part of the charm. Recommended release if you dig Can and ever come across it.
