Complete Death (1986)

At some point in the mid-1980s Metal Blade Records kicked off their own sub-label imprint called Death Records with the idea of signing and releasing music with hardcore punk and crossover acts that were leaning towards metal, but (at the time) weren’t clearly full on heavy metal. Complete Death is their first label sampler and features some great acts, including D.R.I., Corrosion Of Conformity, Beyond Possession, Dr. Know, the Mentors, and others. Good shit!

1986 US pressing on Death Records/Restless Records that I’ve had forever, as far as I know. I definitely found this used somewhere, likely in the late 80s. Very nice.
