Deceiver is Khemmis’ debut with new (bigger) label Nuclear Blast and it’s a solid slab of modern doom metal, drenched in more traditional heavy metal vibes. The band definitely draw from old school bands and scenes, but retain their very own sound and vibe. Great record and running though the band’s albums recently only served to make me like them more.
