Charge! is a smokin’ album and I remain absolutely confused that Paladin didn’t break through to the American market at the time as this shot seems right on target to me. Excellent song craft, awesome vocals ,accessible as fuck. Just too much going on at the time, I suppose. Regardless, this is a fantastic sophomore album from these fellas and it’s a shame they didn’t stick around a little longer. Cover art by the one and only Roger Dean! C’mon people.
