Not to be confused with the UK heavy prog act of the same name, this band is a multinational group of players that released a pair of LPs in their time. Musically, this footed in jazz-fusion, but through an 80s filter and with some absolutely wild synths and guitar that is incredibly unique. Not to mention heavy African and middle eastern polyrhythms that really keep interesting… and it must be said, cool as fuck. Pretty unusual album for any time, but especially for 1986. Still taking this one in, but it’s hitting me harder than I expected.
