Embryo’s 1977 live album doesn’t seem like a consequential album when you first see the cover and note that it’s only a single LP. Yet, holy fuck! This album has some serious jams in place and is an immersive listening experience like nothing else I have heard before. Deep grooves, jazz-fusion madness with world music overtones and it’s all so damn good. Dig this if you like good music.
