Three years after the poorly received The Construkction Of Light, the same quartet lineup of Fripp, Belew, Gunn, and Mastelotto reconvene and drop the insanely excellent The Power To Believe. The songs are better, the digital treatments are mercifully superior, and overall the full album is essentially badass.
