Red Buddha is essentially an all percussion record. There are some otherworldly sounds interwoven, but this album is all about experimental percussion madness. Been having a blast exploring Stomu Yamash’ta’s discography, little by little, as I come across his albums during my work travels.
1972 French pressing on the Barclay label. Recently found this in Amsterdam and it’s a solid little release.
