Idolatry is the third album by Corpus Christi, Texas thrashers Devastation and arguably their best album. Ferocious technical thrash metal at a time when some thrash bands were pushing towards an eventual technical death metal movement. still, at this point in time, thrash was still king… for a brief few moments at least. This album is fucking great and it will kick your ass.
2022 US reissue from Century Media/Combat and it’s quite excellent.
