This is a fantastic release feature a couple of early demos circa 1985, just prior to the band kicking out their genre defining Epicus Doomicus Metallicus LP. Leif Edling sings on all of the tracks here and I’m surprised that he has such a capable vocal delivery… Obviously, he made the right choice bringing too notch vocalists into the band, but dude can lay down some solid scratch tracks. Already on my second spin of this and I’m loving it.
2024 European pressing on Peaceville Records and it’s a gem.
