Michael Rother’s second solo LP is similar to his first. Some call this krautrock easy listening, but while it’s good for that vibe, there enough subtle bits going on to keep this an engaging active listen as well. Great album, in my humble opinion.
1978 German pressing on Sky Records. I landed this and Flammende Herzen together at some weird little shop in Brussels a couple of years ago. Different shop, but same work trip that I got Jane’s Age Of Madness and a good haul of other tunes, especially a chonk of Klaus Schulze LPs I had been after. Side benefit of my crazy job, haha.
